In the new Sephora concept, developed and realized by Intangibles in Nantes, experience is at the heart of the store, both literally and figuratively. The store layout was re-thought to shape a star around the central Beauty Hub, bringing out a reorganization of products : a part of Perfumes reach the central furniture in order to connect with the Hub, while Make-up products, emblematic of Sephora experience, radiate till the walls and stands at the store entrance. Regarding the codes, the agency operated a small revolution : the iconic stripes are used in three dimensions in ceilings and façade, and with a chevron pattern on the floor, which enriches the architectural repertoire of the retail brand.
To reinforce the discoverer status of the brand, a furniture unit called “Sephora Loves” regularly presents a new brand chosen by Sephora, that extends to a discovery table. As for the Beauty Board, focus point of the Beauty Hub, it allows Sephora’s community to share and exchange intuitively. The result : an ultra-modern, lively and rhythmic store, that confirms Sephora to be the place where beauty beats.
