The purpose of the mission entrusted to Intangibles : to give a more human and connected face to Carrefour Banque & Assurances, while transmitting the retail brand values : optimism, closeness, efficiency and innovation. This area was thought to disrupt with usual bank codes. Conceived as a Hub, connected and welcoming, it offers a new advice experience, combining confidentiality and complicity, thanks to a domestic and warm design.
Digital was integrated, via self-service screens and tablets, in order to enhance the client’s autonomy, and ease its journey. Last, a link was created with the store thanks to an open and communicative façade, and an active handover of Carrefour’s Carte Pass.
